Rou He St night market-The Night Market with best food

Taipei, the capital of Taiwan, is a modern metropolis with Japanese colonial lanes, busy shopping streets and contemporary buildings. The skyline is crowned by the 509m-tall, bamboo-shaped Taipei 101 skyscraper, with upscale shops at the base and a rapid elevator to an observatory near the top. Taipei is also known for its lively street-food scene and many night markets.

4days 3nights will be too short for even Taipei, there are too many attraction, we just focus fore most famous one.

Day 1

Yang Ming Shan – national park, must come at Spring with Cherry Blossom, nothing much at fall season.

Beitou Hot spring -basically I don’t really like hot spring in Taipei, that look like ” Man made” and too commercial.

Tamsui old street -Located along the riverfront in Tamsui (Danshui), Tamsui Old Street is a boardwalk-like area full of shops, carnival games, restaurants, cafés, and snacks …

Zhong Xiao East Road -Shopping

Wulai Hot Spring-our Hotel

Day 2

JiuFen-iufen is a mountain town in northeastern Taiwan, east of Taipei. It’s known for the narrow alleyways of its old town, packed with teahouses, street-food shacks and souvenir shops. Near central Old Street is the Shengping Theater, established in the 1900s and since restored. Close by, the Gold Mine Museum traces the town’s history as a mining hub during the Japanese-era gold rush.

Taipei 101-Towering above the city like the gigantic bamboo stalk it was designed to resemble, Taipei 101 is impossible to miss. At 508m, Taipei 101 held the title of ‘world’s tallest building’ for a number of years. Until 2011 it held the title of the world’s tallest green building.( Lonely Planet)

Rou He St night market- a lot of food store , a good place when u want to try night market food .

Day 3

National Revolutionary Martyrs’ Shrine

Daxi old street- the famous snack will be dry bean curd , very special must try

leefoo Village Theme park hotel -this is really good, if you bring your young kid .

morning animal tour is fun.

Day 4

Leefoo Theme park-The day we went was quite quiet and not very crowded so we didn’t need to queue too long for most rides. Alot of kids friendly rides and we saw the Alpaca! The kids were thrilled! The park is very big but can be cover within a day. The waterpark is closed for renovation though. Pricing for the foods within the park are quite reasonable.
